Job summary

PT IT Group Indonesia in Tangerang Selatan is seeking a Presales professional to design and present automation, integration, and ERP solutions for customer projects at the Satellite Office BSD. You will drive technical proposals and align outcomes with client goals.

The role requires gathering business requirements, validating integration rules, and ensuring delivery matches agreements. You will conduct UAT, train end-users, and pursue required certifications as part of the job.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience as a Presales or Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Automation or ERP (Infor CloudSuite, Epicor, Yonyou, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle NetSuite).
• Able to design and present technical solutions (Automation/Integration/ ERP).
• Experience with API integration and middleware; Linux knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
