Job summary

Think Tank in Jakarta is a full-service IT solutions company delivering ERP software implementations including SAP Business One and Acumatica. We seek an ERP Consultant to analyze client requirements and translate them into system configuration and a project solution blueprint.

You will lead requirements sessions with key users and management, map processes across accounting, finance, purchasing, inventory, sales, and manufacturing, and configure the ERP to fit those workflows.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP business processes across accounting, finance and operations.
• Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into functional specs.
• Familiarity with Excel and business reporting.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsible for supporting and delivering the ERP Software solutions such as: SAP Business One, Acumatica or similar ERP solution

Analyze and understand systems processes and client business requirements, and translate them to system configuration design that translate into Project Solution Blueprint

Having experience in conducting business requirement gathering session with key users, head departments and top management to engage business discussion to capture the client business requirements, client pain/issue on operations

Understand client business processes across accounting, finance, purchasing, inventory, sales, warehouse, production/manufacturing, and other client business operations

Configure the software ERP solutions to accommodate designated processes and transaction flow (both system and business process), including interface programs to ensure fit business requirements to project solution blueprint and also using best practice approach solutions

Prepare business flow documentation and functional specifications based on client requirement into document project solution blueprint

Perform internal system testing, integration test and key user acceptance test (UAT) and validate business scenarios on those testing to ensure ERP readiness for deployement

Train end users and key users on ERP system usage based on solution blueprint and doing train the trainers within the clients.

Support data migration and master data preparation during saldo balance cutoff.

Assist project managers or others teams in implementation to ensure timelines and project coordination is still within on schedule or not delay

Troubleshoot functional issues during implementation and after go-live to validate all business cases are passed.

Provide post go-live support and ensure smooth ERP adoption.

Coordinate with technical/development teams for customization requirements if needed some modification by providing technical/functional design specification

Maintain good communication and professional relationships with teams and clients.

Continuously learn new ERP features, business processes, and industry trends.

Candidate Requirements:

S1 or Diploma in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or Industrial Engineering

Required skill(s): Accounting, Finance, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Business Process and ERP knowledge in SAP Business One, Acumatica or other ERP solutions. Familiar with Microsoft Excel and business reporting.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong logical thinking and structured mindset.

Good communication and presentation abilities using English or Bahasa Indonesia. Good English communication (minimum passive English reading/writing).

Fast learner with high curiosity toward business and technology.

Interested in business process improvement and digital transformation.

Able to communicate confidently with client key users and management teams. Able to work independently and also collaboratively in teams

Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn continuously. Comfortable working in dynamic project environments.

Fresh graduates are welcome, especially those active in organizations, internships, competitions, leadership activities, or problem-solving projects.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Implementation for ERP SAP Business One, Acumatica or other ERP solutions

3 Full-Time position(s) available. Willing to travel for client meetings or implementations if needed.
