Job summary

Lippo Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Presales professional to bridge customers, sales, and technical teams in Jakarta. You will translate business requirements into feasible technology solutions and support the sales cycle.

You will design solution architectures, prepare proposals, demos, SOWs, and BOMs, collaborate with internal teams, respond to RFPs, and act as a trusted technical advisor to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in Presales, Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with understanding of customer needs.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, target-driven environments and collaborating with Sales.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop proposals, presentations, documents, and quotes.
• Deliver product demos and technical discussions with customers.
• Design solution architectures and recommend products and configurations.
• Participate in meetings and workshops to gather requirements.
• Prepare SOW, BOM, and other presales documents.
• Support sales through the full sales cycle from opportunity to closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure feasibility and deliverability.
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs and tenders.
• Stay updated on technology trends and industry developments.
• Build relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Support PoC, solution testing and technical validation when needed.
