BuildxPartners is seeking an experienced Presales Consultant to join a fast-growing technology company in Jakarta. In this role, you will support business expansion in the SEA region, working closely with sales teams, partners, and customers to deliver product demonstrations and technical expertise.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of network management concepts, experience with NMS tools, and excellent communication skills. Join us to help businesses enhance their operational efficiency through innovative IT infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of network management concepts and protocols (SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, REST APIs).
• Experience with NMS tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations for IT solutions.
• Provide technical support during the presales lifecycle.
