Job summary

Dahua Vision Technology Indonesia in Surabaya is seeking a Presales Solutions professional to lead technical engagements, specify product configurations, and support sales with tender documentation. The role requires strong IT skills, familiarity with CCTV and security systems, and the ability to communicate in English (Chinese preferred).

• Minimum 3 years experience in Presales Solutions/Technical roles.
• Experience with CCTV, security system products or IT products.
• English language fluency is a must; Chinese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• GSP System Management: update local pricing, release new products and PN, collect feedback from Project Team on PN/Price.
• Customized Order Management: handle customized orders with Sales Management, Sales and Presales; may work with WeoR system for customization.
• Main Daily Presales Job: promote Dahua products and solutions; design BoQ, Tender Technical Doc, Project Bidding Doc; coordinate POC; create success case documents; update internal portal.
• Training and Development: organize regular product & solution training sessions (NP, NSI).

Responsibilities:

1. GSP System Management:

• Update and maintain local pricing in GSP system (MSRP & MSTP).
• Update and maintain releasing new products and PN in GSP system, including setting the Pricing.
• Become the person who get feedback from Project Team, if we cannot find any PN or Price in system.

2. Customized Order Management:

• Person in Charge for Customized Orders from our customers (CR system) and work with Sales Management, Sales and Presales Team.
• If needed also need to dealt with WeoR System for some product customization

3. Main Daily Presales Job:

• Promote Dahua Product and Solution to our Customers and Partners
• Create and Design BoQ, Tender Technical Doc, Project Bidding Doc of Dahua Project
• Doing POC or Coordinate POC with our Post Sales Team
• Create success case Document for important and priority project
• Updating Internal Portal (Insight NPNSI, Activity, Training and Project Details)

4. Training and Development:

• Organize Regular Product & Solution Training Sessions (NP, NSI).
