Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa is seeking a Presales Network & Security (Solution Architect) to understand customer needs and design infrastructure solutions including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center.

You will prepare proposals, BoMs, and network diagrams, deliver technical presentations with the sales team, and collaborate with partners (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sangfor, and others). Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years experience preferred with strong networking and security knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/CE/EE or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Fresh graduates welcome; internship experience is a plus with strong networking/security knowledge.
• Solid networking concepts: IP addressing, routing, switching, WLAN, TCP/IP.
• Experience with network security solutions (firewall, VPN, IPS/IDS, WAF, SWG, endpoint security).
• Familiar withFortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Sangfor, Check Point, Cisco Security, Sophos, or similar vendors.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and presentations.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

- Deliver technical presentations to customers in collaboration with the sales team.

- Work closely with technology partners and vendors (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sangfor, MikroTik, Juniper, etc.).

- Support tender and procurement processes, including document analysis and responses to RFP/RFQ.

- Provide technical input for pricing and commercial proposals.

- Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) or product demonstrations when required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in a relevant role.

- Fresh graduates are welcome. Internship experience is a plus, with strong technical knowledge in networking and/or security.

- Good understanding of networking concepts (IP Addressing, Routing, Switching, Wireless, TCP/IP).

- Experience or knowledge in Network Security solutions such as Firewall, VPN, IPS/IDS, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Endpoint Security, or related security technologies.

- Familiar with security products such as Fortinet (FortiGate), Palo Alto Networks, Sangfor, Check Point, Cisco Security, Sophos, or similar vendors is a plus.

- Ability to create clear technical documentation and presentations.

- Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging with customers.
