Job summary

White Glove Hiring mencari kandidat untuk mendukung proses presales di bidang Cloud dan Keamanan, khususnya untuk solusi Public Cloud. Posisi ini bekerja sama dengan tim Penjualan untuk menyajikan solusi dan dengan tim Delivery untuk menetapkan ruang lingkup kerja prarencana proyek.

Posisi ini menuntut pengalaman minimal 5 tahun, kemampuan presentasi yang kuat, serta sertifikasi AWS Professional dan AWS Specialty.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang terkait.
• Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman di peran serupa.
• Mahir berbahasa Inggris.
• Mampu membuat presentasi & proposal (BOQ, estimasi biaya implementasi).
• Memiliki AWS Professional Certification, AWS Specialty Certification.

Responsibilities

• Mendukung proses presales untuk Cloud dan Security, khususnya untuk Public Cloud.
• Bekerja sama dengan tim Sales untuk mengartikulasikan solusi kepada pelanggan.
• Bekerja dengan tim Delivery dalam menentukan ruang lingkup proyek sebelum proyek.
• Mengumpulkan kebutuhan bisnis dan teknis, serta mengembangkan solusi yang hemat biaya.
• Mempersiapkan dokumentasi proposal, harga, dan pernyataan kerja untuk pelanggan.
• Mempelajari teknologi digital lain secara tingkat tinggi untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan.
• Memperoleh dan memelihara sertifikasi untuk berbagai lini produk yang tersedia.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Supports the presales process for Cloud and Security, especialy for Public Cloud solutions
• Work closely with the Sales team in articulating solutions to customer
• Work closely with the Delivery team in providing pre-project scope of work, to size for professional services
• Gather the Business and technical requirement and develop cost effective solution for the customer
• Develop proposal documentation, pricing, and statements of work for customers
• Learn other digital technologies, from a high level, that may enhance the customer’s experience
• Obtain and maintain certifications for the different product lines available

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor degree in related major
• Min 5 years experience in the same role
• Fluent in English
• Able to make presentation & build proposal (BOQ, Implementation estimate cost)
• Have AWS Professional Certification, AWS Specialty Certification
