Job summary

ParagonCorp mencari profesional Cloud Engineer/DevOps untuk merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengelola solusi cloud di AWS, GCP, serta platform on-premise seperti Proxmox/VMware.

Posisi ini memerlukan pengalaman IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible), Kubernetes, Docker, dan CI/CD. Keterampilan Python/Go dan pemahaman arsitektur hybrid akan menjadi nilai tambah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–5 years in cloud engineering or DevOps roles (executive level)
• Hands-on with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
• Programming basics (Python, Go)
• Understanding of virtualization (VMware/Proxmox)
• Hybrid cloud architecture, connectivity, and DR concepts
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Datadog, CloudWatch)
• Agile environment experience
• Relevant certifications (AWS/GCP/CKA) a plus

Responsibilities

• Desain, implement, dan dukung solusi cloud across AWS, GCP, dan on-premise seperti Proxmox/VMware
• Deploy, manage, and maintain infrastructure dengan IaC dan dukung Kubernetes di lingkungan non-prod dan prod
• Bangun, kelola, dan dukung pipeline CI/CD untuk deploy perangkat lunak dan infrastruktur
• Analisis beban kerja, monitor pemanfaatan, tingkatkan performa, cari penghematan biaya
• Dukungan migrasi cloud, konektivitas hybrid, serta solusi backup and disaster recovery
• Kelola dan dukung load-balancers seperti F5
• Troubleshoot konektivitas cloud/on-premise, tanggapi insiden dari monitoring, dokumentasikan infrastruktur
• Bekerja dengan lead engineer, dan bimbing junior jika cocok

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience for executive-level candidates in cloud engineering or DevOps roles
• Hands‑on experience or strong foundational knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience or familiarity with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
• Experience or familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization technologies such as Docker
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD
• Basic to intermediate programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or similar
• Understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Proxmox
• Understanding of hybrid cloud architecture, connectivity, and backup / disaster recovery concepts
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar
• Comfortable working in Agile environments
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, CKA, or equivalent are a plus
