Job summary

PT. Trinet Prima Solusi is seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Professional Sales Department. You will act as the technical expert, aligning customer requirements with integrated IT solutions across private cloud, cybersecurity, network, data center, AI, IoT, and IT infrastructure.

You will deliver technical presentations, PoCs, and competitive proposals while collaborating with Enterprise Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Project Managers throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid certifications in Private Cloud, Cybersecurity, Network, Data Center, AI, IoT or IT Infrastructure.
• Certifications from Cisco, AWS, VMware, Microsoft, Fortinet or equivalent are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions including Cybersecurity, Network Infrastructure and Data Center.
• Experience with DevSecOps and IT infrastructure concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

PT. Trinet Prima Solusi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Professional Sales Department. In this role, you will serve as the technical expert, working closely with the Sales Team to understand customer business requirements and design integrated technology solutions that address complex enterprise challenges.

You will be responsible for delivering technical presentations, solution demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC), and developing competitive technical proposals across Private Cloud, Cybersecurity, Network, Data Center, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and IT Infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business and technical requirements to develop effective enterprise IT solutions.
• Design and recommend integrated technology solutions that align with customer business objectives.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, and supporting documentation for enterprise projects.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concept (PoC) for prospective customers.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Managers, Key Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Solution Architects, and Project Managers throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide technical consultation and product expertise during customer engagements.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies, industry trends, and principal solutions.
• Support the Sales Team in delivering competitive and value-driven enterprise solutions.

Qualifications (Required)

Candidates must possess valid certifications in one or more of the following technology areas:

• Private Cloud
• Cybersecurity
• Network
• Data Center
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Internet of Things (IoT)
• IT Infrastructure

Additional certifications from leading technology vendors such as Cisco, AWS, VMware, Microsoft, Fortinet, or equivalent technologies will be considered an advantage.
