Job summary

Mastersystem Infotama di Jakarta Pusat mencari L1 Cloud Engineer untuk menangani operasional cloud dalam tim managed-service. Posisi ini on-site dengan shift 24x7 di Jakarta, bertugas provisioning AWS, monitoring infrastruktur, dan melaporkan kinerja platform setiap bulan.

Kandidat memiliki pengalaman langsung AWS, Linux, scripting, serta pemahaman jaringan dan containerization (Kubernetes/OpenShift/Docker). Sertifikasi AWS merupakan nilai tambah; on-site bekerja dengan kolaborasi lintas tim IT.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AWS cloud infra administration.
• Pemahaman jaringan (VPC, routing, firewall, load balancer, VPN).
• Pengelolaan Linux, dan skrip (shell/Python).
• Terbiasa dengan platform kontainer (Kubernetes/OpenShift/Docker).
• IaC dengan Terraform dapat menjadi nilai tambah.
• Pengalaman automation dengan Ansible merupakan nilai plus.

Responsibilities

• Bertanggung jawab atas aktivitas operasional cloud L1.
• Respon pertanyaan & permintaan layanan untuk provisioning AWS.
• Monitoring platform & infrastruktur berdasarkan metrik ketersediaan & kinerja.
• Menyusun laporan bulanan platform & infrastruktur.
• Troubleshoot isu, tanggapi insiden, dan eskalasi jika perlu.
• Bekerjasama dengan Lead & engineer L2 untuk operasi harian.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible for cloud operational activities in managed-service team as L1 Cloud Engineer, such as the following :

• Joined in on-site shifting rotation (24x7) onsite at Jakarta
• Response to inquiries & service request for AWS resource provisioning
• Monitoring the platform & infrastructure according to availability & performance metrics
• Create monthly platform & infrastructure report
• Troubleshoot issues & respond to incidents
• Collaborate with Lead & L2 engineers to create, execute & improve daily operation activities

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Technical Requirement:

• Hands-on experience on AWS cloud infrastructure administration
• Knowledge of networking concepts, including VPCs, routing, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs in AWS or on-premises.
• Experienced in managing Linux operating system, and scripting (such as shell & python)
• Familiar with containerized application platform, such as Kubernetes, Openshift, or Docker
• Have the capability in creating and using Infrastructure-as-a-code (IaC) scripts with Terraform is a plus
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible is a plus

Non-technical Requirement:

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• 1+ years of hands‑on experience in AWS cloud engineering
• Have AWS Certification is a plus
