Job summary

Global Technology Solutions Provider in Jakarta is seeking a Presales Manager/Director to drive pre-sales strategy for large enterprise accounts. You will translate complex business needs into compelling technical and commercial solutions, lead demonstrations, coordinate POCs, and support sales with tender processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher, 3+ years in pre-sales or related fields, and strong English communication; local language is required and Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or enterprise software sales.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation (Cloud, AI, Data).
• Proven client management with large tender projects.
• Excellent written and oral English; local language required; Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design end-to-end technical and commercial solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, run technical workshops, and coordinate POC testing.
• Draft bids, proposals and tender responses with cost breakdowns.
• Collaborate with sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build relationships with channel partners and drive joint go-to-market plans.
