Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Solution Architect to drive cloud business growth in Jakarta, leading enterprise solution design and customer engagement. This role focuses on translating complex requirements into scalable cloud architectures and commercially viable solutions.

You will guide pre-sales activities, conduct technical presentations, and own POC execution while collaborating with sales and IT teams to accelerate deal closures. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of Cloud Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales, or ICT consulting.
• Experience designing Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud, SaaS, and PaaS solutions.
• Proficient with enterprise virtualization, cloud-native platforms, compute, storage, and networking.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud ecosystems.
• Experience presenting, conducting workshops, and performing POC activities for enterprise customers.
• Able to translate complex business requirements into scalable cloud architectures and commercial proposals.
• Fluent in English with strong stakeholder management, including C-level engagement.
• HCIA/HCIP/HCIE or equivalent cloud certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales cloud solution design and technical consulting for enterprise customers.
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and solution demos to win deals.
• Design scalable Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud architectures aligned with business needs.
• Lead POC, technical validation, and cloud migration planning activities.
• Collaborate with IT teams and architects to assess existing infrastructure and readiness.
• Translate customer pain points into commercially competitive cloud solutions.
• Support sales with technical proposals, positioning, and competitive strategy.
• Analyze cloud trends, AI adoption, and enterprise transformation opportunities.
• Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to project delivery and implementation.
