Job summary

Farben is seeking an experienced pre-sales consultant to drive enterprise IT solutions from discovery through RFP responses. You will design POC solutions, deliver compelling product demos, and coordinate with sales, delivery, product, and finance teams to align delivery boundaries.

The role emphasizes cross-industry knowledge across telecoms, government, manufacturing, and finance, with strong client-facing communication in English and Indonesian. Chinese language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, and solution support for enterprise software.
• Experience across telecoms, government, manufacturing, and finance sectors.
• Bachelor's degree or above; STEM or business fields preferred.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian; Chinese bonus helpful.

Responsibilities

• Output PPT technical solutions, bid responses, and quotation BOM; independently draw system architecture and business process diagrams.
• Lead full pre-sales activities, including product demos and POC design to support customer decisions.
• Collaborate across sales, delivery, product, and finance to control project delivery boundaries and minimize changes later in projects.
