Job summary

The Mango Suites and Loft in Berawa, Canggu, Bali seeks an Operations Manager to lead the opening and daily operations of a 21-key property (Studio Rooms and Lofts). You will establish operational standards, elevate guest experience, and drive overall performance.

Lead pre-opening preparations, recruit and train staff, oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Guest Services, and ensure service consistency across all units.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role in hospitality.
• Experience in pre-opening or new property setup is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-opening preparations including recruitment, SOP development, and setup.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Guest Services.
• Ensure service excellence and consistency across all units.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to build a high-performing team.
• Monitor upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance schedules.
• Manage cost control, procurement, and inventory systems.
• Implement operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with management and marketing to hit performance and financial goals.
• Handle guest relations and service recovery to maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
