Job summary

Key Responsibilities (PPIC & Shipping Control)

-Cargo Readiness Follow-Up: Proactively coordinate with suppliers/production to ensure goods readiness matches scheduled timelines.

-Shipping Instruction (SI) Preparation: Prepare, review, and coordinate accurate Shipping Instructions (SI) for outgoing shipments.

-Schedule & Contract Compliance: Monitor loading operations closely to ensure 100% on-time loading in strict compliance with sales/shipping contracts.

-Production & Inventory Planning: Align material/stock availability with shipping demand forecasts and delivery milestones.

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge communication smoothly between suppliers, warehouse/logistics teams, and internal sales/export documentation groups.

-Disruption Management: Identify potential bottlenecks (cargo delays, document discrepancies, vessel/container constraints) and implement rapid contingency plans.

-Reporting: Maintain up-to-date tracking logs for loading schedules, supplier performance, and shipment milestones.

Qualifications & Requirements

-Experience: Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in PPIC, export planning, or shipping/logistics coordination.

-Language Skills: Proficient in English (able to correspond with international stakeholders, draft clear operational emails, and coordinate cross-border logistics).
