Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/inventory systems and data dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Cargo readiness follow-up with suppliers/production to align with schedules.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate Shipping Instructions for outbound shipments.
• Monitor loading operations to ensure on-time loading per contracts.
• Align material and stock availability with shipping forecasts and milestones.
• Bridge communication between suppliers, warehouse/logistics, and export docs teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement rapid contingency plans.
• Maintain up-to-date tracking logs for loads, supplier performance, and shipments.
