Job summary

PT. Worldwide Logistics Indonesia Transport seeks an Ocean Export Booking & Billing Coordinator to manage container bookings with lines/carriers for export shipments and secure booking confirmations.

You will monitor sailing schedules, input AR/AP figures, and ensure accuracy across currencies, coordinating with Operations, Sales and overseas agents to resolve discrepancies and meet daily deadlines.

• Monitor sailing schedules and cut-off times; flag any ETD/cut-off changes promptly.
• Input AR (selling) and AP (cost) figures into the system based on handover forms.
• Cross-check figures, charge codes, currencies, and parties against the handover form before saving.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and overseas agents to confirm details and resolve discrepancies.
• Meet daily input deadlines and keep booking and status records up to date.

Ocean Export Booking & Billing Coordinator

Book container space with shipping lines/carriers for export shipments, and follow up until the Booking Confirmation / SO is secured.

Monitor sailing schedules and cut-off times, and flag any ETD or cut-off changes promptly to the team.

Accurately input AR (selling) and AP (cost) figures into the company system for each shipment, based on the approved Hand Over Form.

Cross-check every figure, charge code, currency, and party against the handover form before saving — accuracy is the core of this job.

Coordinate with the Operations, Sales, and overseas agents to confirm details and resolve any discrepancies.

Meet daily input deadlines and keep booking and status records up to date.

Requirements

Sensitivity to numbers and words — the most important quality for this role. You are accurate with figures (rates, volumes, AR/AP amounts, currencies) and precise with wording (consignee names, ports, container and document details), and you naturally notice when something doesn't add up or doesn't match.

Careful, organized data-entry habits, and the discipline to double-check your own work.

Good reading and written English, for correspondence with carriers and overseas agents.

Comfortable with basic calculations and Microsoft Excel.

Deadline-driven and dependable.

Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's degree — fresh graduates are welcome. A background in logistics, business, or administration is a plus but not required; we are happy to train the right person.

Nice to have

Familiarity with export sea freight, shipping documents, or a forwarding system.
