Job summary

Efficient Studio in Indonesia is seeking a Project Management Intern to assist our Project Manager. You won’t just take notes in meetings — you’ll help keep client projects, internal R&D, and documentation moving without anything falling through the cracks.

This is a hands-on, 90‑day sprint where you’ll touch automation, analytics QA, project tracking, and content, all while learning how a lean consultancy actually ships work for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational instincts and the ability to track multiple work streams.
• Ability to break down complex problems into clear steps and workflows.
• Clear writing for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in keeping Work Items and Cycles updated across client and internal projects.
• Track deadlines, flag blockers, and help the team stay on project timelines.
• Maintain project documentation as the source of truth for API integrations, databases, and notes.
