Job summary

Efficient Studio, a MarTech & AI-Automation consultancy in Jakarta, seeks a Project Manager to own delivery across client engagements—from analytics implementations to AI automation builds. You’ll align scope, timeline, and quality, translate between technical teams and client stakeholders, and keep an honest, real-time status across all projects.

You’ll coordinate with data engineers, analysts, developers, and leadership to surface blockers early and ensure realistic timelines.

Qualifications

3-5 years of project management experience in a digital agency/MarTech/tech-adjacent services.
Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with deadlines.
Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in the same day.
Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery for multiple client projects: analytics implementations, BigQuery/data engineering, and AI automation.
Maintain current Work Items and Cycles; run cadences (standups, sprint reviews, retros).
Be the primary contact for client stakeholders on status, risks, and timelines.
Coordinate across Data Engineers, Analysts, Developers, and CTO to resolve blockers before they affect clients.
Flag scope creep, margin risk, and timeline slippage early and report to leadership.
Own the Source of Truth documentation standard across projects (APIs, schemas, notes).
Partner with BD/sales to scope timelines and resourcing during proposals.
Manage PM intern and any subcontracted resources.
