You’ll support planning, meetings, dashboards, and reports; coordinate with internal teams and external partners; identify blockers and help improve workflows under mentors who value initiative

Qualifications

• Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or Trello.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
• Strong sense of ownership—able to follow through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate meetings, notes, and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain project dashboards, documentation, and timelines.
• Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for management.
• Identify blockers and help ensure smooth coordination across departments.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows and efficiency.
