Job summary

Hangry is seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator in Jakarta to manage ongoing projects, schedule meetings, draft MoMs, and support data presentation. You will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and conduct basic market research to inform decisions.

The role emphasizes structured thinking and hands-on administrative work, with opportunities to cover for team leads as needed in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Final year or bachelor’s degree in any major with an interest in project management.
• Minimum of 1–2 internships in the F&B industry or startup environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Possess strong logical and structured thinking skills to approach tasks systematically.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-up actions are taken.
• Maintain project integrity through administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, drafting MoMs, creating Google Forms, summarizing data, and crafting presentations.
• Assist in building and nurturing professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders crucial to our projects.
• Conduct basic market research to gather insights and support decision-making processes.
• Cover follow-up calls and meetings in the absence of team leads, ensuring continuity and progress.
