Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree from top universities.
• Fluent or highly proficient written English communication skills.
• High interest and passion for learning growth marketing, B2B lead generation, and performance marketing.
• Proactive, organized, and resilient with a fast-learning mindset.
• Analytical mindset with basic familiarity with digital tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Attention to detail and ability to proofread content for accuracy.
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Collaborative and able to work with a team to meet OKRs.
• Willing to work from AMODA’s office in Menteng, Central Jakarta, four days a week.
• Bonus: background in architecture/construction/interior design.

Responsibilities

• B2B lead generation & campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and outreach.
• Draft English and Bahasa Indonesia marketing content and collateral.
• Track funnel metrics and present insights on MQLs/SQLs and conversions.
• Design and execute A/B tests to improve enterprise lead capture.
• Conduct market research on prospective enterprise accounts and trends.
• Support other marketing activities as needed.

Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated, curious, and adaptable Marketing Intern to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will work directly on experimental B2B growth strategies, digital lead generation, and account-based performance campaigns targeting corporate clients, developers, and business owners.

Job Responsibilities

• B2B Lead Generation & Campaigns: Assist in managing paid and organic performance campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Search/SEO, and outreach) tailored to decision-makers in, but not limited to, retail, hospitality, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Content & Copywriting: Draft clear, persuasive B2B marketing content in English and Bahasa Indonesia, including ad copy, landing page messaging, client success stories, email newsletters, and sales collateral.
• Funnel Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics across the B2B acquisition funnel (impressions, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates) and present actionable insights.
• Growth Experiments: Help design and execute A/B tests across ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates for enterprise lead capture.
• Industry & Account Research: Conduct market intelligence on prospective enterprise accounts, modular construction trends, and competitor positioning.
• Assist in other marketing activities as needed.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree from top universities.
• Sharpened Written English Skills: Fluent or highly proficient written English communication skills (ability to craft professional business copy without heavy supervision).
• High interest and passion for learning growth marketing, B2B lead generation, and performance marketing.
• Highly moldable, proactive, organized and resilient—you possess a strong learning curve and adapt quickly in a fast-moving, experimental environment.
• Analytical mindset with basic familiarity with digital tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Attention to detail: Ability to proofread and edit content for accuracy.
• Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Willing to work from AMODA’s office in Menteng, Central Jakarta, four days a week.
