Job summary

Efficient Studio, a MarTech & AI-Automation consultancy in Jakarta, seeks a Project Manager to own delivery across client engagements—from analytics implementations to AI automation builds. You’ll align scope, timeline, and quality, translate between technical teams and client stakeholders, and keep an honest, real-time status across all projects.

You’ll coordinate with data engineers, analysts, developers, and leadership to surface blockers early and ensure realistic timelines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in a digital agency/MarTech/tech-adjacent services.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with deadlines.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in the same day.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple client projects: analytics implementations, BigQuery/data engineering, and AI automation.
• Maintain current Work Items and Cycles; run cadences (standups, sprint reviews, retros).
• Be the primary contact for client stakeholders on status, risks, and timelines.
• Coordinate across Data Engineers, Analysts, Developers, and CTO to resolve blockers before they affect clients.
• Flag scope creep, margin risk, and timeline slippage early and report to leadership.
• Own the Source of Truth documentation standard across projects (APIs, schemas, notes).
• Partner with BD/sales to scope timelines and resourcing during proposals.
• Manage PM intern and any subcontracted resources.

The Role

We're looking for a Project Manager to own delivery across our client engagements - from GA4/GTM/BigQuery implementations to AI automation builds. You're the person who makes sure scope, timeline, and quality don't quietly drift apart. You'll sit between technical teams and client stakeholders, translating in both directions, and you'll be the one who knows the true status of every project at any given moment - not the optimistic version, the real one.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple concurrent client projects - analytics implementation, BigQuery/data engineering, and AI automation (Make.com, n8n)
• Keep Work Items and Cycles current and accurate; run the cadence that keeps the team on track (standups, sprint reviews, retros)
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders on project status, risks, and timeline - both technical and non-technical
• Coordinate across Data Engineers, Analysts, Developers, and the CTO to resolve blockers before they become client-facing problems
• Flag scope creep, margin risk, and timeline slippage early - to leadership, not after the fact
• Own the \"Source of Truth\" documentation standard across projects: API integrations, database schemas, process notes
• Partner with the BD/sales team to scope realistic timelines and resourcing during proposal stage
• Manage the PM intern and any downstream/subcontracted resources assigned to your projects

Must Have Criteria

• 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally at a digital agency, MarTech consultancy, or tech-adjacent professional services firm
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
• Comfortable managing technical stakeholders (developers, data engineers) and non-technical client stakeholders in the same day
• Working familiarity with analytics/MarTech concepts (GA4, GTM, BigQuery) - you don't need to build it, but you need to understand what \"done\" looks like
• Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Comfortable owning bad news early rather than managing around it

Nice To Have Criteria

• Experience with automation platforms (Make.com, n8n) or AI-adjacent project delivery
• PMP, PSM, or equivalent project/agile certification
• Prior experience managing enterprise clients (banking, automotive, or large consumer brands)
• Experience mentoring junior team members or interns
