Overview
We are looking for a proactive Scrum Master Intern to support our technical team in managing Agile development processes. This role is ideal for someone interested in project coordination, Agile methodologies, and working closely with software engineering teams.
As a Scrum Master Intern, you will primarily support the technical team while collaborating closely with the product team to ensure smooth sprint execution, clear communication, and efficient project tracking.
Responsibilities
- Assisting and facilitating Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support the technical team in tracking sprint progress and identifying potential blockers.
- Help maintain and update sprint boards, backlog items, and task tracking tools.
- Coordinate between engineering and product teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Document meeting notes, action items, and sprint outcomes.
- Assist in improving team workflows and Agile practices.
- Support reporting and monitoring of sprint metrics and delivery timelines.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in Agile methodologies and software development processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on action items.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum frameworks.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Experience working on group projects or coordinating teams during academic projects.
- Interest in technology and software development environments.
- Paid internship: IDR 150,000 per working day
