Job summary

Lalamove is seeking an Assistant Manager / Lead in Platform Growth & Operations in Jakarta. You will blend data insights with local market intelligence to grow the marketplace while optimizing commercial settings and online tactics. You will also contribute to product development and maintain dialogue with city operations teams.

You will wear many hats, work smart, and iterate quickly to drive efficient growth and a strong user experience across markets.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Operations or analytical roles.
Experience with large data sets and data presentation.
Proven project management with multiple stakeholders.
Strong cross-cultural collaboration and communication.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Lead market performance monitoring and management framework to drive growth via data analysis and market intelligence.
Develop regional driver and user retention strategies and local action plans.
Collaborate with BI & Analytics on scalable data solutions for planning and decision making.
Conduct ongoing performance reviews and implement optimization initiatives to maximize demand and active users.
Manage the online platform budget for designated markets and optimize ROI of campaigns.
Collaborate with city teams and other departments to meet business objectives.
