Job summary

Lalamove is expanding its Fleet Operations in Bandung and seeks a Fleet Operations Associate to scale vehicle supply and drive growth in West Java. You will recruit and retain fleet owners and drivers across multiple vehicle types, while coordinating with local communities to fuel expansion and ensure reliable deliveries.

The role demands a data-driven approach, strong field leadership, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

2+ years in logistics or startups, with West Java market knowledge.
Strong links with regional driver communities; Sundanese preferred.
Experience leading field sales or partner acquisition.
Data-driven with Excel, Sheets, and PowerPoint proficiency.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Design and execute acquisition strategies to expand vehicle and driver supply for Bandung.
Pitch to fleet owners and drivers through online meetings, visits, and community outreach.
Activate onboarded fleet companies by allocating orders to drive initial fulfillment and engagement.
Lead field sales team to generate leads and hit regional targets.
Build an active driver affiliate network and partner with local driver communities.
Manage offline driver events and fleet activations.
Monitor supply pipeline data and meet KPIs.
