Lalamove is expanding its Fleet Operations in Bandung and seeks a Fleet Operations Associate to scale vehicle supply and drive growth in West Java. You will recruit and retain fleet owners and drivers across multiple vehicle types, while coordinating with local communities to fuel expansion and ensure reliable deliveries.

The role demands a data-driven approach, strong field leadership, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics or startups, with West Java market knowledge.
• Strong links with regional driver communities; Sundanese preferred.
• Experience leading field sales or partner acquisition.
• Data-driven with Excel, Sheets, and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute acquisition strategies to expand vehicle and driver supply for Bandung.
• Pitch to fleet owners and drivers through online meetings, visits, and community outreach.
• Activate onboarded fleet companies by allocating orders to drive initial fulfillment and engagement.
• Lead field sales team to generate leads and hit regional targets.
• Build an active driver affiliate network and partner with local driver communities.
• Manage offline driver events and fleet activations.
• Monitor supply pipeline data and meet KPIs.

About the Role

We are looking for a Fleet Operations Associate to scale our vehicle supply across Bandung and surrounding areas. You will drive the acquisition and retention of fleet owners and drivers across various vehicle types, including Pickup Bak, Vans, Engkel, Double Engkel, Fuso, and Tronton.

What you’ll do

• Design and execute acquisition strategies to expand vehicle and driver supply across Bandung and surrounding areas.
• Pitch to fleet owners and drivers through online meetings, site visits, and community outreach to convert them onto Lalamove platform.
• Activate newly onboarded fleet companies by allocating order demand to drive initial fulfillment and long-term engagement.
• Lead field sales team to generate leads and hit regional target.
• Build an active driver affiliate network and partner with local driver communities.
• Manage offline driver events, fleet activations, and initiatives.
• Monitor supply pipeline data and consistently meet individual and team KPIs.

What you’ll need

• 2+ years of logistics or startup experience, with deep knowledge of the West Java market.
• Strong connections within regional driver communities; local language proficiency (Sundanese) preferred.
• Proven ability to manage field teams and lead direct sales or partner acquisition.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
