Lalamove is recruiting a Sales Operations role in Indonesia to identify potential B2B clients, onboard business users, and maintain strong relationships. You will lead contract negotiations and directly engage local partners to promote our services and values.

The role requires 1-3 years in B2B sales, excellent presentation skills, and fluency in English and Indonesian. You will be part of a dynamic, globally connected logistics platform focused on fast, reliable delivery solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B, enterprise or corporate sales, preferably in logistics/e-commerce.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Sound knowledge of mobile and web technologies.
• Ability to speak English, Indonesian, and Sundanese.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and conduct market research for prospective B2B clients, onboard business users, and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Lead contract negotiations to establish strong partnerships and mutual growth.
• Conduct outreach to clients via visits, canvassing, cold calls, and emails, with timely follow-ups.
• Be the face of Lalamove when engaging local partners to promote services and values.
• Provide any necessary data or reports to the direct manager.
