Job summary

Lalamove in Jakarta is seeking an Operations Hub Associate to manage all hub activities, drive onboarding, and maintain offline presence with stock control. Responsibilities

• Manage all operational activities at the Hub, including driver onboarding and education.
• Increase brand awareness by growing branded vehicle presence.
• Monitor daily driver operations and attributes distributions.
• Oversee offline presence inventory and weekly stock inventory.
• Support large driver acquisitions for Satellite Office.
• Collaborate with Offline Presence Sr Associate and Lead Generation team.
• Ensure driver materials align with latest SOP.
