What You'll Do

• Sales operations: Identify potential clients and conduct market research of the prospective clients business (B2B Clients), acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads and by developing and taking care of professional relationships, and manage existing clients.
• Negotiation and closing of deals: Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and to ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership.
• Outreach to clients: Direct visits/canvassings/cold calls/emails, timely follow-ups, administrative work (contract drafting, coordination).
• Become the face of Lalamove when engaging local partners to promote our services and values.
• Reporting: Provides any necessary data or reports to the direct manager

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B, enterprise or corporate sales (start-up/logistic/e-commerce industry is a plus)
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Sound knowledge of the mobile and web technologies
• Able to speak English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Bahasa Sunda
• Good grasp of the local business environment
• Skilled in operating MS Excel/Google Spreadsheet and MS Powerpoint/Google Slide
