Job summary

IFFCO Group in Indonesia is seeking an experienced supply chain planning lead to develop and govern the annual plan across manufacturing, warehousing and distribution. You will coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Production to ensure on-time delivery and optimal stock levels.

The ideal candidate has 6-8 years FMCG experience, an MBA in Operations, strong negotiation and vendor management skills, and hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Oracle).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan the supply of finished goods in accordance with target stock levels.
• Plan and prioritize operations to maximize performance and minimize delays.
• Periodically review target stock levels / optimum safety stocks.
• Communicate required changes/resolutions to Production Team.
• Identify and resolve supply exceptions by expediting purchase orders, re-allocating existing inventory, re-allocating existing equipment, re-allocating existing manpower, and establishing safety stock parameters.
• Work closely with the Sales, Warehouse and Demand Planner to ensure target order fill rates are being met for daily customer orders.
• To ensure that the Inventory Plan adequately reflects SKU level production and corresponding SKU-wise Service Level in the market
• Monitor receipts and transfers ensuring timely delivery and availability of product as well as in accordance with our inventory plan.
• Manage new program introductions from purchase through receipt.
• Support and interact effectively with other core business functions (Sales, Procurement, Research & Development, Distribution and Logistics).

Developing an annual supply chain plan, including mix of outsourcing, external and internal capacities for manufacturing, warehousing and delivery in consonance with the annual business plan.

Work experience requirement

6 to 8 years of relevant experience from FMCG industry.
