Job summary

Hypefast in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain/Procurement expert to monitor end-to-end procurement, align data with HF HQ and the Category & Brand Founder's team.

You will oversee procurement pipeline, lead times, invoicing, and vendor score cards, ensuring data integrity and strong stakeholder collaboration to optimize production planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain excellence or related areas.
• Strong understanding of procurement and production planning.
• Experience with merchandising and costings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor end-to-end procurement process and data alignment with HQ.

Key data points:

• 1) Operational: procurement pipeline & status, unit price monitoring, and leadtime SLA & inbound plan.
• 2) Financial: invoice & payment plan (AP).
• 3) Vendor score card. Monitor production process, ensure that all necessary data points are available, in coordination w/ HF HQ, Category & Brand Founder's team.

Key data points:

• 1) Operational: production pipeline & status, COGM price monitoring, and leadtime SLA & inbound plan.
• 2) Financial: invoice & payment plan (AP).
• 3) Vendor score card. Data & documentation integrity: availability, accuracy & analysis.People development: technical assistanship all things related to production process for the Category & Brand Founder's team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Excellence, Brand Management, Manufacturing, PPIC, Merchandising, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of procurement, production planning, and end-to-end supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of merchandising processes, costing, and production planning is preferred.
• Proficient in using ERP systems.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
