Job summary

Facetology is seeking a Demand Planning professional in Jakarta to lead forecast activities, manage inventory plans, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to align demand assumptions. You will influence stock levels and product availability, supporting growth and new product launches.

The role requires 2–3 years in demand planning or PPIC, with strong Excel/Sheets skills and ERP familiarity. FMCG/beauty sector experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Industrial Engineering, Management, Statistics, Supply Chain).
• 2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or PPIC.
• Experience in FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Goods is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Generate and monitor ABC Class Analysis according to channel and contribution
• Create and maintain demand forecast plans to ensure product availability and support company growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Supply Chain teams to align demand assumptions.
• Run S&OP Meeting with Sales, Marketing, Brand and Supply Chain TeamsMonitor inventory performance and recommend replenishment plans.
• Support new product launches (NPD) through demand assumption and stock planning
• Review forecast accuracy and forecast bias also implement improvement actions.
• Identify stock risks (overstock, slow-moving, and stockout) and recommend solutions.
• Prepare and maintain demand planning reports deck
• Ensure all planning activities are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or PPIC.
• Experience in FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Goods industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management, and data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiar with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
