Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned Demand and Supply Planner in Tangerang to lead forecast accuracy, production planning, and stock monitoring for finished goods and materials. The role requires coordinating with sales, marketing, manufacturing, and shipping teams to ensure timely supply and efficient operations.

You will collect forecasts from the sales team, run monthly demand meetings, monitor forecast performance, and manage purchase orders while maintaining stock coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economic and industrial engineering.
• Minimum 5 years as demand and supply planner.
• Proficiency in forecasting and inventory management.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Collect and maintain forecast from sales team.
• Lead the demand forecasting meeting with sales and marketing on monthly basis.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and analyse short and long term trends.
• Communicate with vendor for production planning.
• Communicate with shipping team for supply planning and weekly meetings.
• Manage orders by creating and monitoring purchase orders to suppliers.
• Maintain stock projection to ensure stock coverage days.
• Monitor all material to avoid write-off risk.
• Lead delivery plan meetings with SCM internal team.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks requested by supervisor or department head.

This role is responsible for demand forecasting, supply planning, and finished goods and material monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and maintain forecast from sales team
• Lead the demand forecasting meeting with sales and marketing on monthly basis
• Monitor forecast accuracy and analyse short and long term trends
• Communicate with vendor (manufacture) for production planning
• Communicate with shipping team for supply planning, including arrange a weekly meeting
• Manage order by creating and monitor purchase order to supplier
• Maintain stock projection to ensure the health of stock cover days
• Monitor all material (RM & PM) to avoid write off risk
• Lead the delivery plan meeting with internal team of SCM
• Perform other ad-hoc jobs/assignment requested by the superior or department head
