PT Sari Agro Solution is seeking a skilled PPIC supervisor to plan, control, and coordinate the entire supply chain flow from production planning to warehousing and distribution. You will ensure on-time delivery, optimize inventory, and uphold ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field and 5+ years in PPIC at supervisor level (or 3–5 years as PPIC staff).
Planning, controlling and coordinating the entire Supply Chain flow starting from production planning, inventory level control (raw materials, packaging materials & finished goods) to warehousing and distribution management. This role ensures efficient operations, prevents stockouts or overstock situations, guarantees timely delivery of finished goods to customers, and ensures that all areas under supervision comply with management systems ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and 5S principles.
Key responsibilities
Receive and analyze sales forecasts from the Marketing department to convert them into a Master Production Schedule aligned with machine capacity
Determining safe inventory limits (min-max inventory levels, safety stock) to prevent production stoppages caused by shortages of raw materials or packaging materials
Create material requirement planning (MRP) and purchase requests to the Purchasing team in a timely manner
Create production orders based on the production schedule and the availability of raw and packaging materials
Ensure that the administrative processes for production output and material usage are carried out in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure that all warehouse activities regarding the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods (raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods) are carried out in accordance with SOPs and the FIFO system
Schedule and lead periodic (monthly/annual) stock-taking activities
Plan shipments (internal and via external carriers) to ensure the timely and safe delivery of finished goods
Ensure all procedures align with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management systems
Ensure the availability and proper use of PPE, as well as the operational safety of lifting and handling equipment (forklifts, hand pallet trucks) in the warehouse area
Conduct OHS and quality risk analyses and define appropriate mitigation measures
Perform workload analysis to determine optimal warehouse manpower allocation
Develop team competencies and provide objective performance evaluations
Propose operational improvements for the PPIC department
About you
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in PPIC at the supervisor level, or 3–5 years as PPIC staff
