Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory management, purchasing, and stock opname (physical inventory counting).
Conduct regular and systematic inventory audits at both the warehouse and outlet levels.
Monitor and control all inbound, outbound, and remaining stock movements to prevent shrinkage and ensure operational readiness.
Supply Chain Management
- Manage OTIF measurements and activities that would ensure inventory sufficiencies at outlets to serve market demand.
- Cross functional liaison with the PPIC and Logistics TEams to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained and deliveries nationwide are optimized.
- Identify inventory variances, investigate root causes, and develop actionable plans to improve cost efficiency.
- Review inventory and delivery costs continuously to identify components for cost optimization and savings opportunities.
- Recommend and implement strategic initiatives to manage and sustainably reduce waste across all locations.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Project accurate inventory levels based on Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) forecasts for both the factory and retail outlets.
- Evaluate and maintain sufficient inventory levels for Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), Work in Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG).
- Prepare comprehensive year-round planning and forecasting related to inventory and its core components.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports covering logistic & warehousing cost analysis, inventory health, and variance metrics.
- Present analytical findings, actionable insights, and operational updates directly to the Head of Operations and senior management.
Systems & Compliance
- Manage and maintain the company’s ERP and inventory systems to guarantee absolute data accuracy.
- Ensure all inventory practices comply fully with company policies, standard procedures, and relevant external regulations.
- Lead, coach, and professionally develop the inventory control team.
- Evaluate team performance, set KPIs, and ensure all departmental targets are consistently met.
Education & Experience
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in supply chain finance, inventory management or cost control.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a Supervisor or Manager role specifically within the Food & Beverage (F&B) or Retail industry.
Technical Skills
- Strong, demonstrable understanding of F&B costing, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) calculations, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in modern office applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (GSuite).
- Hands‑on experience navigating and managing ERP/Inventory systems (Oracle experience is highly preferred).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a rigorous attention to detail.
