Job summary

LOONY INDONESIA is seeking a Head of Production Planning and Inventory Control to lead production planning and ensure optimal material availability across the supply chain. The role requires organizing forecasts, schedules, and inventory controls to support manufacturing objectives and business needs.

The candidate will collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and QA teams, leveraging strong analytical skills and Excel/Sheets proficiency to optimize stock levels and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Mathematics/Statistics, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data processing and analysis.
• Understanding of Production Planning, MRP, MPS, and Inventory Control concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with experience working with numbers and data.
• Good communication and coordination across departments.

Responsibilities

• Create and organize production planning based on forecast and business needs

This role involves creating and organizing production planning based on forecasts and business needs, managing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules, and ensuring optimal material availability and inventory levels throughout the production process.

Key responsibilities

Arrange and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules

About you

Minimum D3/S1 education in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Mathematics/Statistics, or related field

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Material Planning, or Supply Chain

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data processing and analysis

Understanding of Production Planning, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Master Production Schedule (MPS), and Inventory Control concepts

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Detail-oriented with experience working with numbers and data

Good communication and coordination skills across various departments
