Job summary

PT Dua Pendekar Ayam, Dikichi brand, seeks a meticulous Permit & License professional to ensure all licenses and approvals are obtained, renewed, and documented in Indonesia.

You will collaborate with internal teams and government agencies to keep operations compliant and ready for expansion across multiple outlets. The role demands strong regulatory knowledge and proactive workflow management.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Law, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Permit & License or regulatory roles.
• Experience handling licenses in Indonesia (NIB, SIUP, IMB/PBG, etc.).
• Proficient with OSS RBA, SIMBG, and local licensing platforms.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

We’re looking for a meticulous, proactive, and well-connected Permit & License professional who understands that proper licensing and regulatory compliance are critical to supporting a rapidly growing F&B business.

This role is more than just handling documents. You’ll become a key person behind the legal readiness of our business operations — ensuring permits are obtained, renewed, monitored, and properly documented in accordance with applicable regulations in Indonesia.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, local and central government agencies, ministries, and other relevant authorities to ensure every business activity and outlet operates with the required licenses and approvals. If you enjoy navigating regulations, managing government processes, and ensuring everything is legally compliant and well organized, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

• Own Licensing & Regulatory Compliance – Manage the company’s licensing requirements, regulatory compliance, and legal status of operations and assets to ensure alignment with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Manage Operational Licensing – Handle, renew, and monitor operational permits such as NIB, SIUP, IMB/PBG, AMDAL/UKL-UPL, location permits, and other relevant sector-specific licenses through OSS RBA and government agencies.
• Keep Business Operations Legally Compliant – Monitor regulatory requirements from central and local governments and ensure company operations comply with applicable laws to minimize potential legal risks and sanctions.
• Drive Licensing Processes – Coordinate and manage licensing applications, renewals, amendments, and other regulatory submissions from preparation through completion.
• Build Government Relations – Represent the company and maintain effective communication with relevant government agencies, ministries, departments, and other authorities during licensing and regulatory processes.
• Monitor Permit Validity – Conduct regular audits and monitoring of permit validity periods to ensure all licenses are renewed accurately and on time without disrupting business operations.
• Maintain Legal Documentation – Build and maintain systematic physical and digital archives of permits, approvals, regulatory documents, and other legal records.
• Navigate Government Licensing Systems – Manage licensing submissions and administrative processes through government electronic systems, including OSS RBA, SIMBG, and relevant local government licensing platforms.
• Support Business Expansion – Coordinate licensing requirements for new outlets, operational activities, and business expansion to ensure every location is legally ready to operate.

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU :

• Hold a minimum Diploma (D3) in Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Permit & License, Licensing, Legal Administration, Regulatory Compliance, or a related role.
• Have strong experience managing business and operational licensing in Indonesia.
• Are proficient in government electronic licensing systems such as OSS RBA, SIMBG, and relevant local government licensing platforms.
• Have a strong understanding of sector-specific licensing regulations and applicable central and local government requirements.
• Have experience handling permits such as NIB, SIUP, IMB/PBG, AMDAL/UKL-UPL, location permits, and other relevant operational licenses.
• Have strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly when dealing with government agencies and external parties.
• Have a strong professional network with relevant government agencies and understand how to navigate licensing processes effectively.
• Are highly meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented, especially when managing regulatory documents, deadlines, and permit validity periods.
• Are proactive and capable of managing multiple licensing requirements, applications, and renewals simultaneously.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting multi-outlet or business expansion operations.
• Have experience in F&B, Retail, Property, Construction, or other multi-location businesses — this will be an advantage.
