PT Dua Pendekar Ayam's Dikichi brand seeks a detail-oriented QA/QC & Food Safety professional who ensures raw materials, production, and outlets meet quality and safety standards across Central/Factory and stores.
You’ll conduct GMP audits, organoleptic tests, investigate complaints, perform CAPA, and develop SOPs aligned with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and halal requirements. Field audits and travel to sites may be required.
Established in 2024 in Malang, Indonesia, PT Dua Pendekar Ayam is the powerhouse behind Dikichi — a bold fried chicken brand on a mission to serve high-quality, affordable fried chicken to the masses.
Our ambition? To become Indonesia’s No. 1 fried chicken brand and take it global.
At PT Dua Pendekar Ayam, culture is everything. We’re bold, fun, and impact-driven. Speed, resilience, agility, collaboration, and extreme ownership are not just values — they’re how we win. Here, people don’t just work. They grow, lead, and thrive.
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, analytical, and quality-driven QA/QC & Food Safety professional who understands that consistent product quality and food safety are critical in a rapidly growing F&B business.
This role is more than just conducting quality checks. You’ll become a key guardian of our food safety and quality standards — ensuring raw materials, production processes, finished products, and outlet operations consistently meet established specifications and regulatory requirements.
You’ll work closely with Production, Operations, R&D, Procurement, Warehouse, suppliers, and outlet teams to maintain quality standards across our Central/Factory and multiple stores. From conducting GMP audits and organoleptic evaluations to investigating complaints and implementing CAPA, your work will directly contribute to product quality, food safety, and customer trust.
If you enjoy working in the field, investigating quality issues, improving processes, and ensuring high standards are consistently followed, this role is for you.
Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in Food Technology, Food Science, Agricultural Product Technology, Fisheries Product Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in F&B, food processing, frozen food manufacturing, or a similar industry.
Have experience conducting QA/QC audits in multi-outlet restaurants or food businesses — this will be highly preferred.
Have strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Food Safety, Halal Assurance System, ISO 22000, and internal audit practices.
Experience with FSSC is an advantage.
Understand food safety and quality control processes from raw material receiving, production, finished goods, distribution, through outlet operations.
Have experience conducting organoleptic testing and product quality evaluation.
Have strong skills in root cause analysis, CAPA, complaint handling, and quality improvement.
Are capable of developing and maintaining SOPs, audit documents, quality standards, and food safety documentation.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify recurring quality and food safety issues through data and trend analysis.
Possess strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills and are comfortable working with multiple departments.
Are detail-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and food safety.
Are willing to conduct field audits and business travel (Perdin) to outlets, factories, suppliers, or other operational locations when required.
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location F&B environment where maintaining consistent standards is critical.
Behind every product served to our customers is a quality and food safety standard that must be consistently maintained. As a QA/QC & Food Safety professional, you’ll play a critical role in protecting product quality, ensuring food safety, and maintaining customer trust across every Dikichi location.
As Dikichi continues expanding across Indonesia, maintaining consistent quality and food safety standards across our Central/Factory and growing number of outlets becomes increasingly important. Every successful audit, properly investigated complaint, validated product, and effective corrective action helps ensure that our products remain safe, consistent, and aligned with the standards we promise to our customers.
We’re looking for someone who can become a strong quality partner to the business — someone who is not afraid to go into the field, investigate problems at their root, challenge existing processes, and build a stronger culture of quality and food safety across Dikichi.
