Job summary

ABOUT THE ROLE :

We’re looking for a creative, structured, and learning-oriented Learning & Development Module Developer Executive who understands that great training starts with great learning content.

This role is more than just creating presentation slides. You’ll become the creative and instructional force behind our learning materials — translating business and operational needs into structured, engaging, and practical training modules that help our people perform better.

You’ll work closely with the L&D team, Operations, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and internal trainers to develop learning content that is relevant, easy to understand, and applicable to real business situations. If you enjoy turning complex information into engaging learning experiences and have a passion for creating impactful training content, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

• Analyze Training Needs – Work with the L&D team and operational departments to identify training needs, performance gaps, and learning priorities based on business requirements.
• Develop Training Modules – Design and develop structured training modules that are aligned with learning objectives, business needs, and operational requirements.
• Create Engaging Learning Content – Develop supporting materials such as presentation slides, participant handbooks, facilitator guides, case studies, quizzes, exercises, and other learning activities.
• Design Effective Assessments – Create structured pre-tests, post-tests, quizzes, and assessments to measure participants’ understanding and training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts – Work closely with SMEs and internal trainers to gather information, validate content accuracy, and ensure training materials reflect actual operational practices.
• Translate Knowledge into Practical Learning – Transform complex processes, policies, and technical information into clear, engaging, and easy-to-apply learning content.
• Improve Training Materials – Review feedback from participants, trainers, and training evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and revise modules accordingly.
• Keep Learning Content Relevant – Regularly review and update existing training modules to ensure they remain aligned with business changes, operational needs, and current company standards.
• Maintain Learning Content Standards – Organize and maintain training materials, module versions, and supporting documents to ensure learning content is structured and easy to access.

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU :

• Hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major. Psychology, Education, Communication, Management, or related fields are a plus.
• Have 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Training Development, Training Content Development, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if you have a strong portfolio, internship, organizational, or project experience related to training content development.
• Have strong skills in PowerPoint, Canva, or similar design and content development tools.
• Are capable of creating visually engaging and well-structured learning materials.
• Have strong writing and communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear and easy-to-understand content.
• Are able to develop structured training modules, learning activities, and assessments aligned with specific learning objectives.
• Have strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills and are comfortable working with SMEs, trainers, L&D teams, and operational departments.
• Are detail-oriented, organized, creative, and able to manage multiple learning content projects and deadlines.
• Are open to feedback and enjoy continuously improving learning materials based on data, evaluation, and stakeholder input.
• Have experience in F&B, Retail, FMCG, or other fast-paced operational businesses — this is an advantage.
