Established in 2024 in Malang, Indonesia, PT Dua Pendekar Ayam is the powerhouse behind Dikichi — a bold fried chicken brand on a mission to serve high-quality, affordable fried chicken to the masses.
Our ambition? To become Indonesia’s No. 1 fried chicken brand and take it global.
At PT Dua Pendekar Ayam, culture is everything. We’re bold, fun, and impact-driven. Speed, resilience, agility, collaboration, and extreme ownership are not just values — they’re how we win. Here, people don’t just work. They grow, lead, and thrive.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, analytical, and communicative Inventory Control / Inventory Accounting professional who understands that accurate inventory data is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and financial accuracy in a rapidly growing F&B business.
This role is more than just counting stock. You’ll become a key control point behind our inventory management — ensuring physical inventory matches system records, stock discrepancies are identified and investigated, and accurate inventory data supports both operational and financial decision-making.
You’ll work closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Warehouse, Distribution Center, and Store teams to conduct regular stock opname, reconcile inventory data, and resolve discrepancies. If you enjoy working with numbers, investigating discrepancies, and finding the root cause behind inventory issues, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Control Inventory Accuracy – Ensure physical inventory is accurately matched with system records and identify discrepancies between actual stock and recorded balances.
Conduct Regular Stock Opname – Perform routine stock opname across restaurants and Distribution Centers (DC) to verify inventory quantities and maintain accurate stock records.
Investigate Stock Discrepancies – Analyze inventory variances, trace transaction history, and investigate supporting documents to identify the root causes of stock differences.
Drive Inventory Reconciliation – Reconcile physical stock, system records, and supporting documentation to ensure inventory data is accurate, complete, and reliable.
Resolve Inventory Issues – Develop and implement solutions for inventory discrepancies through document investigation, reconciliation, process improvements, or system corrections.
Support Inventory Accounting – Ensure inventory-related records are properly maintained and aligned with applicable accounting standards, particularly those related to inventory, COGS, and assets.
Analyze Inventory Data – Use accounting/ERP systems and Excel to analyze inventory movements, identify unusual variances, and support accurate inventory reporting.
Coordinate Across Departments – Communicate and collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Warehouse, DC, and Store teams to resolve inventory-related issues and improve stock accuracy.
Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify recurring inventory discrepancies and recommend improvements to processes, controls, documentation, or systems to prevent future variances.
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Have experience handling inventory recording, stock opname, inventory control, or internal warehouse audits.
Have experience in F&B, Retail, FMCG, or multi-outlet operations — this will be a strong advantage.
Understand applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS), particularly those related to inventory, COGS, and assets.
Are proficient in accounting/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar platforms.
Have strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power Query is highly preferred.
Are highly detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to identify discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
Have strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills to investigate and resolve inventory variances.
Have excellent communication and coordination skills and are comfortable working with multiple departments.
Are proactive, structured, and able to follow through on inventory issues until they are properly resolved.
Are willing to undertake business travel (Perdin) to other cities for stock opname and inventory-related activities.
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location F&B environment where accuracy and timely execution are critical.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
Behind every accurate financial report and efficiently managed store is inventory data that can be trusted. As an Inventory Control / Inventory Accounting professional, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring what we physically have matches what our systems and financial records show.
As Dikichi continues expanding across multiple locations, maintaining inventory accuracy becomes increasingly complex. Every accurate stock opname, properly reconciled variance, and root cause identified helps minimize inventory losses, improve operational control, and support more reliable financial reporting.
We’re looking for someone who can become a strong inventory control partner to the business — someone who is comfortable going into the field, digging into discrepancies, working across departments, and making sure every number tells the right story.
