You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams, monitor KPI metrics such as ROI, CTR, CPA, and oversee attribution using AppsFlyer. A data-driven mindset and hands-on analytics experience are essential to succeed in this fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
• Strong ability to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, advertisements dashboard, and AppsFlyer.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and ensure accuracy in campaign setup and reporting.
• Basic understanding of ad creative requirements and ability to brainstorm ideas with the creative team.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities; report ROI, CTR, CPA, and conversions.
• Attribution & Tracking: Use AppsFlyer to track attribution and manage tracking links; coordinate SDK integration with tech team.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to develop ad copy, visuals, and videos; run A/B tests.
• Budget Management: Plan budgets across campaigns and adjust bids to maximize ROI.
