Job summary

Moell in Surabaya, Indonesia is seeking a Performance Marketing / Ads Specialist to drive growth across TikTok, Meta, Google, and marketplace ads. You will own full-funnel campaigns from setup to optimization, ensuring spends translate into sales on social commerce and marketplaces.

You will manage daily activation, optimize budgets, test creatives, and deliver actionable performance insights with weekly/monthly dashboards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Advertising.
• Proven experience managing ad spend of at least IDR 800 million per month across all platforms.
• Hands-on experience with at least two major ad platforms (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Marketplace Ads).
• Understanding of full-funnel strategy: building demand through upper funnel and converting it through lower funnel.
• Strong understanding of scaling, budget allocation, and attribution.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets; Looker Studio or similar dashboard tools).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, daily-activation environment.
• Experience with TikTok Shop GMV Max and marketplace-driven performance marketing (TikTok GMV Max, Shopee Ads, Meta CPAS).
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, or mom & baby categories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Manage TikTok Shop ads, especially GMV Max including ROI target management, setup, and scaling.
• Handle daily campaign activation: build campaigns, ad sets, and ads from the latest creative assets.
• Manage budget allocation, pacing, and bidding across platforms and funnel stages to scale spend efficiently while maintaining performance.
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures, and document the learnings.
• Analyze performance across the funnel (Spend, Frequency, CPM, CTR, CR, ROAS, ROI) and turn the data into clear recommendations.
• Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
