The role requires strong analytical skills, certifications, and experience with major ad platforms, with collaboration across Marketing, CRM, Product, and IT to optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing driving media buying and optimisation on Google, Meta, TikTok and programmatic platforms.
• Google Ads or Meta Advertising certification.
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in a quantitative field.
• Strong numerical skills and independent thinking.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and marketing analytics tools like Appsflyer and Firebase.
• Collaborative, creative, and data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google.
• Lead and develop the Digital Performance team in managing paid marketing channels.
• Design and evaluate media buying strategies to support customer acquisition and growth.
• Manage budget with focus on ROI and reporting to finance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product, IT to ensure seamless customer journey from paid ads.
• Collaborate with Data team on segmentation and targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Perform routine A/B testing to enhance performance.
• Monitor data accuracy using Appsflyer, Firebase, CRM Data Bl.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to report results and address challenges.
• Explore partnerships with platforms beyond Google, Meta, TikTok, X.
