Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Strong understanding of CPAS and full-funnel marketing strategies.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Familiar with analytics tools and dashboards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work full WFO in Sunter, North Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
• Execute CPAS strategies and ensure effective integration with e-commerce platforms
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across website, social media, and marketplace channels
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve performance
• Analyze campaign performance (ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversions) and implement optimizations
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure relevant and high-performing ad content
• Research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies
• Develop monthly digital advertising plans and identify growth opportunities, including potential KOL synergy
• Monitor customer feedback and campaign effectiveness to improve user experience
• Prepare regular performance reports and ensure campaigns meet KPIs and deadlines
