BukuWarung is seeking a People Partner to work closely with leaders and employees to support our people and business needs. You will partner with teams on employee matters, performance, engagement, organization changes, and people programs.

You will be a trusted partner to managers and employees while helping create a positive and effective workplace.

Competenze

• 8–10 years of HR/People Partnering experience.
• Experience working with managers and business leaders in fast-paced settings.
• Strong understanding of employee relations and performance management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven approach to solving people challenges.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• High integrity, empathy, and confidentiality.
• Experience in tech/startup or high-growth environments is a plus.

What We’re Looking For
