Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a People Partner/HRBP/Managerial role.
• Proven track record supporting multiple business units in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of labor regulations.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.

In this role, you will bridge organizational objectives with effective HR solutions - driving workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, and talent engagement to enable sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnering: Act as the primary HR advisor to business leaders, aligning workforce requirements and organizational structures with company goals.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with Talent Acquisition to fulfill critical hiring needs and deliver smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Employee Relations & Advisory: Guide leaders on performance management, employee documentation, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Talent Development & Engagement: Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and spearhead employee engagement and change management initiatives.
• HR Data & Process Improvement: Utilize workforce data to generate actionable insights and optimize HR operations continuously.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a People Partner, HRBP, or Managerial role.

Proven track record supporting multiple business units within a fast-paced environment.

Strong business acumen, sound knowledge of labor regulations, and proficiency in HR analytics.

Excellent proactive problem-solving, change facilitation, and communication skills.

Proficient in English and Indonesian.
