Job summary

PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk. is looking for an HR Coordinator to support the Human Capital team with data management, incentives, and broader administrative duties at Erajaya’s Indonesian operations.

You will monitor employee workflow trackers, coordinate mutations and transfers, and manage resignations and offboarding for entry-level staff and outsourced personnel, while preparing headcount reports and calendars. End-to-end recruitment is included.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor Degree with min. GPA 3.00.
• Have min. 2 years experience in related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills with a structured and clear communication style.
• Proactive, high-initiative, and a “can-do” attitude is essential.
• Goal-oriented and committed to delivering excellent results.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the HCBP to support data management, operational incentives, and administrative needs of the Human Capital team.
• Monitor and maintain employee workflow data trackers.
• Coordinate employee mutations/transfers, including changes in position, level, and location.
• Handle resignation and offboarding processes for entry-level employees and outsourced personnel.
• Prepare headcount reports and maintain the employee calendar.
• Do in end to end the recruitment process
