Jago Coffee is seeking an HR Admin to monitor attendance, arrange cover for absences, and keep HRIS data up to date. You will also manage shift assignments, generate reports, and support the Excellence Team with attendance data-driven decisions.

The role requires 0-1 year of HR experience, a D4/S1 degree, and proficiency with Google Workspace tools. A laptop and willingness to work on a shift schedule are essential.

• Proficient in operating computers and HRIS systems.
• Familiar with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and similar tools.
• Willing to work on a shift schedule and use own laptop.
