Job summary

PT Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo (Singa Fintech) is seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to lead end-to-end HRGA operations and support the organization’s growth. You will manage the HRGA team, oversee HRIS, payroll, industrial relations, and general affairs, and ensure policy compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Manager/HRGA Manager role, with strong leadership and English communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the HRGA team and day-to-day HRGA operations.
• Oversee HRIS, payroll, Industrial Relations, and General Affairs.
• Manage employee relations and Industrial Relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Indonesian manpower regulations.
• Coordinate and prepare for OJK and ISO audits.
• Develop and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and HR processes.
• Provide strategic HR advice and support to management.
• Drive HR initiatives aligned with business growth and organizational objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 12+ years of overall HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager / HRGA Manager role.
• Proven experience managing and leading an HRGA team.
• Strong experience in HRIS and payroll management.
• Solid experience in General Affairs and Industrial Relations
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations.
• Experience with OJK and/or ISO audits and compliance is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with management.
• Active English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
